It has a tennis court, a home theater, a club room, two private offices, a gym, a saltwater pool, an oversized outdoor chess board, a wine cellar and a wellness suite.

Mark Wahlberg has already established a connection with Palm Beach County prior to his recent move. His brother, Jim Wahlberg, is co-owner of the Riviera Beach company K12Print and lives in Broward County
In 2023, he served drinks at Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar in Delray Beach, raising $180,000 for World Central Kitchen, an organization dedicated to feeding those affected by disasters, including the devastating wildfires in Maui.
The Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation in 2024, along with K12Print, donated a new passenger van worth $77,000 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
Wahlberg has been seen working out at F45 Training in Jupiter. As both an investor and a brand ambassador for this fitness franchise, he highlights his passion for health and wellness. Although the Jupiter location has closed, there is still a nearby F45 Training facility in Palm Beach Gardens.
