The gin-based cocktail is a citrusy-sweet mix of fresh-squeezed juices, The Cooper’s homemade orgeat syrup, Blue Curaçao, and Velvet Falernum Liqueur. The green-hued libation surrounds a large ball of ice, and is served with a lemon swath and a Luxardo maraschino cherry skewered on a golf tee.
Talk Birdie to Me was inspired by bar manager Tennette Shumaker’s love of the game. “I’m a golf fan, and I play. My goal is to get as many birdies as I can, and when I do, all I want to do is talk about it,” says Shumaker.
